Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates. Join us for a fun afternoon learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.

Jiao Zi (potstickers) – flavorful ground pork wrapped in a wonton wrapper and seared until crisp on one side leaving the other side soft and delicious

Pricing:
$70: per adult and children 13 years or older
$120: One adult with one child 12 years or younger.*
$170: One adult with two children 12 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
