Explore the deliciousness of a blend of Texas and Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a chorizo queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entrée–chimichangas and cilantro rice. We finish on a sweet note with fried ice cream. Complimentary wine will be served.

Menu:
Nachos with Chorizo Queso — Served with guacamole and pico de gallo
Guacamole and Pico de Gallo — Learn how quick and simple it is to make both guacamole and Pico for your nachos!
Chimichanga — Pan fried burrito stuffed with chicken, beans, and spices
House Made Cilantro Rice
House Made Fried Ice Cream — The chef will demo these delicious desserts for you to devour

Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 13 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 12 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 12 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
