Family Cooking: Spanish Tapas

Tapas refers to Spanish small plates enjoyed before dinner or late in the evening. Kick back and enjoy crafting a bounty of delicious Spanish tapas as the chef shares tips and tricks to easily prepare and artfully present these delicious small plates. Enjoy complimentary sangria and wine during the cooking experience.
Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs) with Tomato Sauce
Gambas Bravas (Garlic Shrimp)
Mushrooms in a Cream Sauce with Grilled Bread
Goat Cheese Stuffed Dated Wrapped in Brown Sugar Bacon
House Made, Fried Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity in not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
