Learn to make traditional potato gnocchi, a classic Italian style pasta. The Chef will teach you how to prepare these pillowy light dumplings, coated in guest made gorgonzola bacon sauce. Then you’ll get busy creating the gnocchi you will eat for dinner! Adults can enjoy complimentary wine with their meal.

Citrus Greens with Candied Nuts and Goat Cheese

Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen:
Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
