Family Cooking: Gnocchi

Learn to make traditional potato gnocchi, a classic Italian style pasta. The Chef will teach you how to prepare these pillowy light dumplings. Then you’ll get busy creating the gnocchi you will eat for dinner!

Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Tomato Basil Rose Sauce (House-made)
Citrus Greens with Candied Nuts and Goat Cheese
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
