There’s more to Japan than just sushi! Join us for an elegant evening cooking your very own Japanese seafood feast! Starting with traditional clear soup and tuna tartare, then learning how to make miso glazed salmon and teriyaki vegetables, all served over Jasmine rice! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Clear Soup — Traditional soup garnished with mushrooms and scallions
Tuna Tartare — Sushi grade tuna tossed in sesame soy sauce, packed on a bed of cucumber avocado
Miso Glazed Salmon — Miso, honey, soy glazed crispy salmon
Teriyaki Fresh Vegetables — Snow peas, mushrooms, red onions, and more in a rich teriyaki sauce
Jasmine Rice (house made)
