Dough Making and Baking
Get your hands into the dough and discover the techniques that turn simple ingredients into delicious homemade baked goods! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of working with dough, from mixing and kneading to shaping, baking, and creating the perfect texture. You’ll explore the science behind successful baking while learning practical tips and techniques you can use in your own kitchen. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this class will give you the confidence to work with dough and bake from scratch like a pro!

Menu:
Homemade Pizza with Fresh Marinara & Assorted Toppings – Learn the secrets to making pizza completely from scratch, from mixing, kneading, resting, stretching, and shaping the perfect dough to creating a rich, flavorful marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and olive oil.
Super-Moist Banana Bread – Turn perfectly ripe bananas into a tender, buttery loaf packed with rich banana flavor. Learn the simple techniques that keep banana bread moist and flavorful while creating a beautifully golden crust.
Jam Thumbprint Cookies – Buttery, tender cookies with a delicate crumb and a sweet center of your favorite jam. Learn how to create the perfect thumbprint and bake these classic little treats until lightly golden around the edges.

Tickets & Gratuity:
All attendees require a ticket.
Each individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)
The Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)
Gratuity is not required but appreciated.

Chef’s Kitchen for 2:
Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.)

Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
Children under 9 must have a ticket and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.

Dietary Restrictions:
We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide any dietary allergies or restrictions. The chefs will prepare your ingredient trays appropriately. Or, if you have a preferred substitute ingredient, you’re welcome to bring it with you.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
