Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates including a variety of dumplings and bao (steam buns). Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.
Jiao Zi (potstickers) — flavorful ground pork wrapped in a wonton wrapper and seared until crisp on one side leaving the other side soft and delicious
Char Siu Bao (bbq pork steam buns) — Chinese-style bbq pork featuring Chinese 5 Spice wrapped in a soft yeast dough and steamed
Har Gow — chive, garlic, and shrimp steamed dumplings
Spring Rolls — traditional vegetable filling, fried to perfection
Fried Rice — traditional preparation; the chef will demo for the class to enjoy with their meal
