Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates including dumplings and spring rolls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. From dumplings to Szechuan eggplant, you’ll be a pro in no time. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Siu Mai — flavorful ground pork and shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and steamed
Salt and Pepper Shrimp — crispy shrimp pan fried with garlic and pepper
Gỏi Cuốn — Spring rolls veggies wrapped a light rice paper wrapper served with sweet chili sauce
Szechuan Eggplant — eggplant in a spiced garlic sauce
Fried Rice — traditional preparation; the chef will demo for the class to enjoy with their meal
Pricing:
Adults: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
