Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates such as crispy shrimp and summer rolls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. From dumplings to drunken noodles, you’ll be a pro in no time. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Siu Mai — Flavorful ground pork and shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and steamed
Bang Bang Shrimp — Crispy shrimp tossed in creamy sriracha sauce
Summer Rolls — Fresh veggies and herbs wrapped a rice paper wrapper served with sweet chili sauce
Drunken Noodles with Chicken — Chicken and noodles in a dark brown sauce with veggies
Din Tai Fung Cucumber Salad — Cucumber salad, tossed in rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and chili oil
Pricing:
Adults: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
