Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates including dumplings and shrimp balls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.
Jiao Zi (potstickers) — flavorful ground pork wrapped in a wonton wrapper and seared until crisp on one side leaving the other side soft and delicious
Char Siu Buns — steamed bao buns with house made Chinese BBQ pork
Drunken Noodles — rice noodles covered in a dark rich sauce
Chinese Chicken Skewers — oven roasted chicken thighs in mushroom sauce
Spring Rolls — gently fried veggies wrapped a light spring roll wrapper
Adults: $65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
