Dim Sum, meaning “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates including a variety of dumplings and steamed meatballs. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience.
Jiao Zi (potstickers) — flavorful ground pork wrapped in a wonton wrapper and seared until crisp on one side leaving the other side soft and delicious
Chicken and Cabbage Wraps — steamed chicken and spices wrapped in cabbage
Shrimp Stuffed Eggplant — Shrimp stuffed eggplant, finished in the bamboo steamer
Ho Yau Gai Ian — Chinese broccoli in an oyster sauce
