Day of the Dead Brunch

With the Day of the Dead a few days away, let’s celebrate early in this delicious new brunch class. We will use Mexican flavors and inspiration when crafting both sweet and savory dishes on this day honoring those who have passed. From a flavor packed quinoa salad to traditional enfrijoladas with eggs on top, and finishing with fan favorite churros, you won’t leave hungry. Complimentary Mimosas, Mexican hot chocolate, and coffee will be served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Mixed Salad with Butternut Squash, Cotija Cheese, Pepitas, Avocado, and Quinoa Salad with Bacon Vinaigrette
Enfrijoladas – Corn tortillas dipped in a black bean sauce stuffed with chicken
Eggs your Style – Placed on top of your enfrijoladas
Roasted Potatoes with Melted Mexican Manchego Cheese
Churros with Chocolate Drizzle
Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
