Croissants and Danish Pastries

Our pastry chef will teach you to make amazingly versatile laminated dough. Each guest will make their own batch of this multi-layered, buttery dough dough to take home and use later. In class, you will use chef-made dough which has rested overnight to practice creating an assortment of croissants and delicious Danish-style pastries to enjoy at home.

Danish Pastries including Almond Bear Claws, Cream Cheese Pinwheels and Raspberry
Cronuts, just in case you’ve never had one
$60 per person: Adults and Children over the age of 14
$40 per child up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
