Cooking with Wine

Start thinking about wine beyond the glass! Cheers to cooking with alcohol in every course because wine brings out flavors in all kinds of dishes. In this class, we’ll add it to our skillets, stir it in our risotto, and bake it into our cakes. There will also be plenty of wine to enjoy in our glasses while we cook!

Mixed Greens with Champagne Vinaigrette
Pan-roasted Veal Cutlets with Cabernet Sauce
Wild Mushroom, Pea, and Sauvignon Blanc Risotto
Chocolate Red Wine Cake
Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
