In this fun hands-on class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen!

Spicy Kani Salad Roll — avocado, cream cheese, and cucumber inside, topped with krab salad
*Philadelphia Roll — a rolled sushi made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber

Ages: This class is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone, or adults coming with a child 10 or older.
