Do you feel like you’re walking around in a brain fog? Dr. Monisha Bhanote, a board-certified physician with expertise in Integrative/Functional Medicine, teams up with our chef to help you understand which plant-based meals will increase your mental clarity. In this hands-on cooking class, you will make a menu designed to help fuel better brain power and mental alertness and dissipate brain fog. Come hungry! Kombucha will be served during this cooking experience.

Lions Mane Mushroom Crab Cakes with Cilantro Moringa Chutney
Yellow Curry – With green beans, kale, tomatoes, adaptogenic herbs, spices, and more!

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Monisha Bhanote, MD, FCAP, ABOIM is a board-certified physician with expertise in Integrative/Functional Medicine. She is known as a health and wellness expert and has appeared in numerous publications including Healthline, Shape, Mind Body Green, Martha Stewart Living and Eat This Not That to name a few. In addition to being a practicing physician she is trained as a Culinary Medicine Chef, Mindfulness Facilitator and Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Dr. Bhanote is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their well-being.
