Chinese New Year Brunch

Come celebrate the Chinese New Year by grabbing your friends and family and heading to JAX Cooking Studio! Learn how to make some Chinese favorites and have a blast creating a delicious menu where each recipe will bring you luck in 2023! Complimentary orange juice, green tea, and wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Har Gow — Steamed Chinese shrimp dumplings for wealth
Spring Rolls — Veggies wrapped in crispy wrappers gently fried, for “a ton of gold”!
Jian Bing — Chinese breakfast crepes filled with eggs, fried wonton wrappers, cilantro, scallions, sweet bean sauce, and chili paste, drizzled with sriracha aioli
Asian Salad — Salad of mandarin oranges, mango, red onion, avocado, nuts, and rice wine vinaigrette; fruits represent fullness and wealth

Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$120: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$175: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.

Gratuity: Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
