Cake Baking and Decorating Ice Cream Cone Cake

Come have a blast baking a whimsical ice cream cone cake, perfect for the upcoming spring weather! You’ll learn about the tools professionals use when baking and decorating cakes. You’ll also learn the art of leveling, applying a crumb coat, and final coat of frosting. Then our pastry chef will teach you to apply a pink drip frosting and affix the ice cream to the top of the cake. Each guest will bake a 6″ cake, but during class, you will use pre-made cake layers which have been thoroughly cooled and ready to be frosted. Invite your friends for dinner so they can ooh and ahhh over your amazing cake!

Adults and children 13 or older: $65
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
