Have some fun in the kitchen baking delicious brunch favorites with a boozy kick! Each recipe will incorporate some boozy to wake you up for a delicious brunch. From beer waffles topped with bourbon marinated steak to champagne hollandaise sauce, this will be one buzz-worthy class! Mimosas, coffee, and wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Mixed Green Salad with Cranberries, Candied Nuts, Goat Cheese, and Champagne Vinaigrette
Southern Boozy Benedict – Bourbon and Honey Marinated Flank Steak with Poached Eggs Served Over Beer Infused Waffles Finished with a Silky Champagne Hollandaise Sauce

Price:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
