From savory empanadas to a delectable flan, this class promises to transport you to the heart of South America as you discover the rich culinary heritage of this captivating country. Menu:
Traditional Beef Empanadas with Guest-made Flaky Dough, Served with Sour Cream
Choripán – Sandwich with chorizo, fresh tomatoes, and chimichurri
Chimichurri Sauce – A zesty blend of fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil
Ensalada Criolla – Fresh salad of avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and lime juice, served with the choripán
Flan – Traditional custard dessert with caramel sauce

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
