Join us for a hands-on culinary experience that will transport you to the heart of Tuscany, Italy. During this cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare classic Tuscan dishes and gain a deeper understanding of the region’s culinary traditions. Our experienced chef will guide you through each step of the cooking process, providing expert tips and techniques along the way. We’ll start by preparing a traditional arancini with marinara. Next, we’ll move on to our main course: beef tagliata and mushroom risotto. And no meal would be complete without a decadent dessert! We’ll teach you how to make a traditional Italian chocolate mousse. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Spinach and Mozzarella Arancini with House Made Marinara – Fried risotto balls
Beef Tagliata – Seared steak marinated in balsamic vinegar and rosemary, served over cherry tomatoes and arugula
Creamy Parmesan and Mushroom Risotto
Roasted Asparagus with Garlic and Lemon
Mousse al Cloccolato – Italian chocolate mousse!

Pricing: $85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
