French Bistro Salad – a light and refreshing leaf salad with pickled eschalot, walnuts with a classic lemon dressing
Croque Monsieur – Ham and gruyere sandwich topped with rich béchamel sauce and a smear of Dijon
Dauphinoise Potatoes – Potatoes au Gratin – a French classic made with layers upon layers of finely sliced potatoes, cream, butter, and cheese
Sweet Crepes with Fresh Berries and Chantilly Cream

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
