An Afternoon in Paris

Join us for an afternoon reminiscent of sitting in a French bistro enjoying the delightful sights and sounds of Paris. We will use classic French recipes to craft both sweet and savory dishes. Complimentary Mimosas and wine will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!
Classic French Crepes filled and topped to your heart’s desire
Croque Monsieur – hot ham and cheese sandwich on house-made sourdough bread with Mornay sauce
Cream Puffs, Eclairs and Gourgeres – we will make Pate Choux in both sweet and savory varieties, then fill and glaze our creations
Children up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
