Join us at JAX Cooking Studio this afternoon to learn the art of crafting your very own spaghetti alla Napoletana! From the pasta, to the tomato sauce, our chef will show you how to make each component from scratch to create the ultimate comfort food! You’ll be eating the masterpiece you create, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served to adults. Buon appetito!
Menu:
Crostini con Salsiccia e Funghi – Creamy sausage, mushroom, garlic, and herbs on grilled bread
Pasta from Scratch – Learn the tips and tricks to making pasta!
Meatballs and Napoletana Sauce – Light but hearty sauce of tomatoes, onions, garlic, parmesan, and basil
Guest Made Herb and Garlic Focaccia – To soak up every drop of sauce
Classic Tiramisu – Lady fingers soaked in espresso, layered between creamy mascarpone
Pricing:
$75 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
