Step into the warmth and charm of an Italian bistro with this hands-on cooking class at JAX Cooking Studio. Our chefs will take you on a culinary journey through the Italian countryside, guiding you through recipes like a classic bruschetta, eggs benedict with prosciutto, mushroom and fontina polenta, and beloved tiramisu! Complimentary mimosas and wine will be served during the cooking experience. Buon appetito!

Menu:
Bruschetta- Classic Italian appetizer of grilled bread, fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil
Italian Eggs Benedict- Brunch favorite upgraded with prosciutto and champagne hollandaise
Mushroom and Fontina Polenta- Creamy polenta with sauteed mushrooms and fontina cheese
Fresh Arugula and Tomato Salad with Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette
Tiramisu- We’ll finish on a sweet note by making this traditional dessert with layers of chef made lady finger, mascarpone cream, and espresso

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
