Afternoon French Delights

Imagine enjoying a delightful afternoon in Paris as you take in the sights and sounds of The City of Light. We will use classic French recipes to craft both sweet and savory dishes. Complimentary Mimosas, wine, and a coffee will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!

Menu:
Croque-Monsieur – Hot ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread with Mornay sauce
Garden Fresh Side Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
Cream Puffs, and Eclairs – Make Pate Choux dough, then fill and glaze your creations with house made pastry cream
Classic French Crepes – With a sweet toppings bar that includes strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and more!

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
