Imagine enjoying a delightful brunch in Paris as you take in the sights and sounds of The City of Light. We will use classic French recipes to craft both sweet and savory dishes. Complimentary Mimosas, wine, and a coffee will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!
Classic French Crepes filled and topped to your heart’s desire
Croque-Monsieur – hot ham and cheese sandwich on house-made sourdough bread with Mornay sauce
Cream Puffs, Eclairs and Gourgeres – we will make Pate Choux in both sweet and savory varieties, then fill and glaze our creations
$65: per adult and children 13 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 12 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 12 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
