Is your New Year’s resolution to become more confident in the kitchen? This four-week course is designed to equip beginners with essential cooking skills and build confidence in the kitchen. Each week focuses on basic cooking methods to help you prepare simple, delicious meals.

With hands-on practice, you’ll develop techniques to make everyday cooking enjoyable. By the end of the course, you’ll have the skills to create balanced, home-cooked meals. No prior experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm and appetite! Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Schedule:
Wednesdays, 6:30 – 8:30pm
January 8, 15, 22, 29

Week 1: Breakfast for Dinner
Menu:
Vegetable Frittata
Maple Turkey Sausage
Pancakes with guest-made whipped cream

Week 2: Mexican Fiesta
Menu:
Chicken Fajitas with Peppers and Onions on warm Flour Tortillas
Guest-Made Pico de Gallo
Tres Leches Cake – Sweet way to end the night with this fan favorite dessert

Week 3: Asian at Home  
Menu:
Teriyaki Chicken
Vegetable Fried Rice
Chinese Almond Cookies

Week 4: Steak and Salad
Menu:
Garden Salad with Herbed Ranch – You’ll never have to buy ranch again!
Pan-Seared Steak with a cream sauce
Buttery Smashed Potatoes with Fresh Herbs and Garlic

Pricing:
Tickets: $300 for the entire 4-week series
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a cooking series for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 21 days before the first day of the series, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees we encountered. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the series, and if we are successful, we will provide you with a credit valid for one year which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the series or if you provide less than 7 days’ notice, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. You are welcome to gift the series to another person, and provide us with the contact information for that person.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
