Learn to cook some classic Filipino dishes in this hands-on class. We’ll have fun practicing the techniques of preparing dishes enjoyed in the Philippines, and you will go home with the knowledge needed to add this country’s cuisine to your culinary repertoire. From fan favorite lumpia and dumplings, to shrimp pancit, you’ll be a master chef in no time. Complimentary wine will be served during your cooking experience.

Menu:
Lumpia – Lightly fried spring rolls filled with pork and veggies
Pork and Shrimp Siomai – Steamed pork and shrimp dumplings with scallion soy sauce
Shrimp Pancit – Traditional noodle dish with cabbage, carrots, green beans, and dark sauce
Oven Roasted Bok Choy and Mushrooms – Perfect side dish for your pancit
Mango Ensalada – Filipino mango salad with red onions, tomatoes, and cilantro

Pricing & Gratuity:
$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Age Policies:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible.
