Learn to cook something new in this fun and exciting class! Become a more confident chef as you perfect some of the most famous and loved Korean dishes. From a fresh Korean salad to the growing popularity of beef bulgogi with rice, broccoli, and kimchi, you’ll be a professional in no time. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience!

Menu:
Korean Mixed Salad with Apples, Cucumbers, Bell Pepper, Red Onions, Carrots, Cilantro, and Soy Rice Vinaigrette
Beef Bulgogi – Seared flank steak with soy, garlic, gochujang, and scallions with Chef made white rice
Soy Marinated 6 Minute Egg – To accompany the bulgogi
Quick Kimchi – Quick pickled cabbage, cucumber, carrots, and radishes
Oven Roasted Sesame Broccoli with Garlic and Soy Sauce
Hotteok – Korean sweet pancake stuffed with brown sugar and cinnamon  

Pricing: 
Adults: $75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
