Come take a culinary journey to the beautiful French countryside at JAX Cooking Studio and learn more about classic French cuisine. Have some fun crafting some sweet and savory dishes using the fresh, seasonal summer bounty. Enjoy favorites like salad niçoise, steak with ratatouille, truffle potato puree, and apple tarte tatin! You’ll eat what you make so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during your cooking experience.

Menu:
Salad Niçoise with Seared Tuna – Potatoes, hard boiled egg, green beans, and more
Seared Steak Au Poivre – Pepper crusted steak with creamy brandy sauce
Classic Ratatouille – Layers of squash, zucchini, and eggplant over tomato sauce
Truffle Potato Puree with Mascarpone, Butter, and Fresh Herbs
Apple Tarte Tatin – Caramelize apples with puff pastry and house made whipped chantilly

Pricing:
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
