Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at JAX Cooking Studio one day early! Explore the charm and rich history of some Ireland’s favorite dishes. We’ll start with a Scotch egg, it might not be of Irish origin, but you’ll be dancing like a Leprechaun with this appetizer! Then you’ll feel like you found a pot of gold after learning to cook a proper Beef Wellington. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Scotch Egg – Egg wrapped in sausage and lightly fried, served with whole grain mustard aioli
Classic Beef Wellington – Seared filet wrapped in mushroom puree and puff pastry
Roasted Vegetable Medley – Chef prepared veggies with garlic and fresh herbs
Creamy Dill and Garlic Whipped Potatoes – Perfect side for your Wellington
Bailey’s Irish Coffee Chocolate Mousse – Decadent end to the lucky afternoon
Pricing:
$100 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
