In this Asian-inspired cooking class, you will learn how to create delicious and flavorful dishes inspired by the cuisines of Japan, Korea, and China. You will learn how to use traditional Asian seasonings and cooking techniques to enhance each dish. We’ll start with teriyaki chicken skewers, then enjoy a skillful steak and rice bowl with all the fixings, and end the night on a sweet note with a matcha cheesecake. Whether you’re a steak lover or a fan of Asian cuisine, this class will provide you with new skills and recipes to add to your cooking repertoire. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Menu: 
Teriyaki Chicken Skewers – Guest made teriyaki sauce with house made yum yum dipping sauce
Japanese-Style Steak – Seared sirloin steak with soy, garlic, sesame sauce
House Made Jasmine Rice – Serve with a variety of toppings, including guest made quick kimchi, edamame, six minute eggs
Oven Roasted Bok Choy and Mushrooms
No Bake Matcha Cheesecake with Fresh Raspberries

Pricing: 
$85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
