Head to JAX Cooking Studio for this exciting new class! Learn to make delicious Asian-Bistro inspired dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. We’ll make some popular dishes from around Asia, with a creative spin. From inventive appetizers with a twist, to classic recipes like Szechuan chicken, you‘ll have fun exploring the flavors and textures of Asian cuisine. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience. 

Menu:
Edamame –Sautéed with garlic, sesame oil, soy, and ginger, drizzled with house made yum yum sauce
Crispy Calamari – Asian marinated calamari, fried with sweet chili dipping sauce
Szechuan Chicken – Tongue-tingling dish with rich soy and chili sauce
Oven Roasted Asian Rice Pilaf with Fresh Peppers, Onions, Ginger, and Garlic
Fresh Cucumber Avocado Salad with Ponzu Vinaigrette – Fresh side dish to cool down the Szechuan

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
