Have a fun afternoon at JAX Cooking Studio learning some tips and tricks on how to prepare an authentic Southeast Asian small plates. Sample some of the most flavorful, fresh dishes these countries have to offer. Starting with fan favorite lumpia and chicken satay, then finishing up with a Bahn mi sandwich and cucumber salad. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Lumpia — One of the Philippines most popular dishes, spring rolls filled with ground pork served with scallion soy sauce
Chicken Satay — Chicken skewers from Singapore with peanut dipping sauce
Bahn Mi — Vietnamese sandwich of pork meatballs and fresh veggies with a spicy sauce
Cucumber Salad — Thai side salad of crispy cucumber, red onion, and peanuts

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
