Cooking for Older Kids: Filipino Favorites

In our Monday evening Cooking for Older Kids classes, teens learn the important life skill of cooking while hanging out in a fun interactive setting! Adults are welcome to register to cook with your teens, if you choose. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to cook some classic Filipino dishes and then enjoy the meal you prepared!
Menu:
Lumpia – Lightly fried spring rolls filled with pork and veggies
Pork and Shrimp Siomai – Steamed pork and shrimp dumplings with scallion soy sauce
Shrimp Pancit – Traditional noodle dish
Sautéed Bok Choy – Perfect side dish for your pancit
Ages: This class is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone, or adults coming with a child 10 or older.
Pricing:
$65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
