Brunch with Bubbles

Start Saturday off in sparkling fashion with a delicious brunch in which we incorporate champagne into every course. From champagne vinaigrette in our salad to champagne hollandaise, we’ll be adding bubbles to each dish! Enjoy mimosas, Lemon Raspberry Champagne Floats, and coffee during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
