Join us as we cook a menu filled with delicious winter flavors found in traditional southern restaurants. Our chef will guide you through each recipe as you create your own feast, and you’ll leave with the culinary skills to recreate this tasty meal in your own home. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Roasted Butternut Squash and Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Apples, Blue Cheese, and a Maple Dijon Vinaigrette
Blackened Shrimp and Grits – A southern staple that’ll be sure to warm your soul
Stewed Tomatoes and Okra – classic hearty side dish of okra and tomatoes cooked low and slow
Pecan Pie – Guest will be provided the house made crust, then see how easy it is to create this delicious infamous pie!

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience
