Ever want to learn how to make doughnuts from scratch? Come to JAX Cooking Studio and make yummy winter-themed doughnuts! You will learn to make yeast-risen brown butter and vanilla doughnuts with bourbon glaze and cake-style doughnuts including peppermint mocha and cranberry orange doughnuts with a vanilla glaze. Save up your calories because guests will make a batch of each type of doughnut to enjoy in the studio and take home.

Menu:
Baked Peppermint Mocha Doughnuts with Chocolate Glaze and Crushed Peppermint
Brown Butter and Vanilla Doughnuts with Bourbon Glaze (Yeast Doughnut)
Baked Cranberry Orange Doughnuts with Vanilla Glaze
Chef Demo Glazes and Filling – our chef will demonstrate these glazes and make enough for the whole class to utilize- bourbon glaze, chocolate glaze, vanilla glaze
Assorted toppings to adorn your doughnuts

Pricing:$65: per adult and children 14 years or older$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.** Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
