Sneak away for date night before the holidays and come enjoy the delicious winter flavors and seasonal ingredients with your love ones at JAX Cooking Studio. Have some fun crafting some sweet and savory dishes like a fresh winter salad, steak with potato and fennel gratin, and Irish chocolate mousse! You’ll eat what you make so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during your cooking experience.

Fresh Beet Salad with Goat Cheese, Pears, Walnuts, and Maple Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Juniper Berry and Peppercorn Crusted Steak with Brandy Cream Sauce
Honey Glazed Carrots and Brussels Sprouts
Oven Roasted Potato and Fennel Gratin
Irish Chocolate Mousse – Sweet end to the night

Pricing:
$80 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
