Winter Citrus Seafood Fare

Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. Kick it up a notch by adding citrus to every dish. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! You will also learn the secrets of how to make a delicious orange glazed salmon and risotto. We will finish the evening with a tasty key lime pie! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
