Wine and Dine

Come enjoy different varieties of vino and start thinking about wine beyond the glass! Cheers to cooking with alcohol in every course because wine brings out flavors in all kinds of dishes. In this class, we’ll add it to our skillets, stir it in our risotto, and finish with wine in our dessert. There will also be plenty of wine to enjoy in our glasses while we cook!
Mixed Greens with Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Goat Cheese, and Champagne Vinaigrette
Pan-roasted Sirloin with Cabernet Sauce and a Torn Herb Salad
Pumpkin Risotto with Mushroom, Kale, and Sauvignon Blanc

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
