Come enjoy this new fun whiskey class! Move over wine, here comes bourbon (and whiskey) to add complex flavor and deliciousness to our meal. We will put some spirit in our skillet to punch up the flavor of our salmon! Then because bourbon lends itself to both savory and sweet dishes, we’ll get a little wild and add it to each of our courses from appetizer, to side, to dessert! Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Bourbon Shrimp on Toast – With a creamy garlic sauce
Pan Seared Orange and Bourbon Glazed Salmon
Oven Roasted Whiskey Glazed Brussels Sprouts and Carrots
Goat Cheese Smashed Potatoes (No Bourbon here, but Equally Delicious)
Chocolate Chip Croissant Bread Pudding with Bourbon Glaze

Pricing:
$85 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
