Come don a lei and learn to prepare a festive Hawaiian feast! Our chef will guide you on a tropical journey which includes cooking a flavorful Huli Huli Chicken and a Hawaiian coleslaw. And because Hawaii consumes more Spam than any state in our union, we will make a fried rice peppered with Spam! We’ll finish our feast on a sweet note with a pineapple upside down cake that is fit-for-the-gods. Enjoy complimentary wine during the class.
Spam Musubi- this Hawaiian dish became popular during WWII and you guessed it, it’s spam sushi! Don’t knock it until you try it!

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
