Come don a lei and learn to prepare a festive Hawaiian feast! Our chef will guide you on a tropical journey which includes cooking a flavorful Huli Huli Chicken and a Hawaiian coleslaw. We’ll finish our feast on a sweet note with a coconut pudding that is fit-for-the-gods. Enjoy complimentary wine during the class.
Spam Musubi- this Hawaiian dish became popular during WWII and you guessed it, it’s spam sushi! Don’t knock it until you try it!

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
