Head to JAX Cooking Studio during winter break for a fun time making sweet and savory doughnuts from scratch. We will start with the basics of doughnut making, including the proper dough consistency, shaping techniques, and frying or baking methods. From there, we will explore a variety of flavor combinations that incorporate both sweet and savory elements. Guests will make a batch of each type of doughnut. Make some mouthwatering sweet and savory doughnuts and some wonderful memories together!

Menu:
Ham and Cheese Slider on a Baked Cheddar Jalapeno Green Onion Doughnut
Brown Butter, Bacon, and Vanilla Yeast Doughnuts with Maple Glaze
S’more Cake Doughnuts with Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Graham Cracker
Chef Demo Glazes– our chef will demonstrate these glazes and make enough for the whole class to utilize- maple glaze and chocolate glaze
Assorted Topping– we will provide sprinkles and candies to adorn your doughnuts

Pricing:
$70 per ticket
AGE POLICIES:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
