Come celebrate Valentine’s early and beat the crowds with your sweetie! Join us in the studio with for a romantic afternoon learning to cook surf and turf! This meal will be sure to please your palate from scallops, to seared steak with a shrimp and lobster sauce! We’ll finish the evening with a decadent strawberry shortcake. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Seared Scallops with a Bacon Vinaigrette on a Bed of Greens
Prime Sirloin Steak with a Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce
Oven Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Buttery Garlic and Herb Smashed Potatoes
Strawberry Shortcake with Grand Marnier Strawberry Compote and Chantilly Cream

Pricing: 
$100 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
