Monday, June 21, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm$60 – $115
Whether you are preparing your child to fly the nest and want him to learn to make inexpensive, healthy meals, or whether you just want to hang out with her in a fun interactive setting, our Monday evening summer series is for you! In this class you will have fun learning to make some of Japan’s most loved foods! Come hungry to enjoy the Japanese spread you make!
Ages: This series is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone, or adults coming with a child 10 or older.
Yakitori–grilled chicken and scallion skewers
Tempura–deep fried shrimp and vegetables
Scallion Ginger Dipping Sauce
$60 for one person ticket (assigned to cook at a station with another person)
$115 for two person ticket (cooking together at one station)
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
