Welcome to our Steak and Knives class where guests will sharpen their knife skills and become more confident cooks while mastering the art of cooking the perfect steak. We’ll learn the essential techniques such as proper knife grip, how to hold and guide the blade, and various cutting methods to enhance cooking abilities. Feel like a pro in no time! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Beet, Fennel, and Orange Segment Salad with Goat Cheese, Pecans, and Maple Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Pan-Seared Steak with Creamy Mushroom Brandy Sauce
Seasoned Oven-Roasted Vegetables with Garlic and Herbs
Au Gratin Potatoes – Thinly sliced potatoes with creamy sauce
Rustic Apple Tart with Cinnamon Sugar and Puff Pastry

Pricing:
$85 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
